Job Roles in the Film Industry

This term we are making a film as a class. We have to apply for the role we want, this means describing your skills and explaining why you are the right person for the role. 

There are 10 roles to choose from:

• Marketing Department
• Director
• Scriptwriter / Screenwriter
• Casting Department
• Actors
• Sound Designer / Supervisor
• Location Scout
• Set Designer
• Director of Photography
• Runner / Grip

I want to apply for the role of an actor.

First of all, I can be serious when needed and listen to the director and instructions given. I would rehearse when asked to and arrive on time. I will have the energy and dedication to preform.
