Wassily Kandinsky

I have been working on maths through art and looking at Wassily Kandinsky's artwork.I chose one of his artwork and tried to make it. The picture on the left is my picture and on the right is Wassily Kandinsky.

Today we learnt some chords. A chord is 2 or more notes played together (normally three). We practised the chords on a piano and played them to a partner, who had to guess what chords we were playing.  We learnt some of these chords: C,F,G Am, F, G G, C, D Em, C, D I also learnt that the MINORS sound more dull and the MAJORS  sound more high pitched.

Music

Today in class we had to make a google slide and include periods of music. We had to find a piece of music from that era and listen to it. We were also learning how to draw a structural chart for music. We did the structural chart so we could learn how to produce / compose music.
