In our classroom, we made comics based on keeping ourselves safe online. We had to go into buddies and make a comic about something not good happening online. Monique and I did a comic together and it is below if you would like to read it....   I enjoyed making the comic because I had never made a comic before and it was fun.

This book is written by Megan McDonald, here is a little bit about the book... The crazy strip contest - that's where it all started! But when she didn’t win she decided to do something BIGGER! Judy Moody is driving her family crazy by throwing out everything that comes from the rain forest. Things such as her Dads coffee beans and her Mum’s lipstick. But then she might have gone a little bit too far by letting Stink’s (her brother) pet toad free! So how can she whip the planet into shape?  Does this sound like a good book to you? Because I read this book and I loved it! I would recommend it for year 5 and up!

Tomorrow some of us are going to the Soccer Tournament in Greymouth. For the past 2 weeks we have been training every lunch for it. I think we have a good team and if we work together we can do it! But it might be cancelled due to rain, but hopefully it is on! Oh and a big thanks to Mr Matthews for training with us!

Hello! Its school time again and welcome to term 2! I spent most of my holidays relaxing and playing the Play station 2 on rainy days. But on sunny days I was playing tag outside with my Brother or playing Basketball. I enjoyed playing Netball because I got 10 goals in! We ended up winning the game with a score of 21! Lets just say overall I had a great holiday! This term I am looking forward to the Basketball team starting up. Our first game is this week!  What did you do in the holidays? Write a comment below!
